PoshAnswers Inc. ("PoshAnswers," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). This policy applies to users in all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and all Canadian provinces and territories.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account registration data (name, email address, password)
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)

  • Preferences and settings (e.g., selected country market, dashboard preferences)
  • Poshmark username (if you choose to link your closet for personalized insights)

2.4 Linked Closet Data

If you choose to link your Poshmark closet (Pro and Business plans), we access publicly available information from your Poshmark closet page, including: listing titles, brands, sizes, categories, sold status, and likes. This is the same information visible to anyone who visits your public closet page. We do not access your Poshmark account, and we never request or store your Poshmark password or login credentials. You may unlink your closet at any time, which removes your Poshmark username from our systems. Your historical analytics will be retained. To request full deletion of all closet data, contact us.

2.2 Device and Usage Information

  • Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
  • Referral source and search terms that led you to our Service

2.3 Information We Do Not Use

We do not use sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers (other than through our secure payment processor), health information, or biometric data.

Analytics data derived from publicly available Poshmark listings is retained indefinitely as it does not contain personal information.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

8.3 Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Other State Laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. We process requests in compliance with the applicable state law. We do not engage in targeted advertising or profiling.

8.4 Canadian Residents (PIPEDA and Provincial Laws)

For Canadian residents, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation (including Alberta's PIPA, British Columbia's PIPA, and Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector / Law 25) govern the use and disclosure of personal information. You have the right to access your personal information held by us, request corrections, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing. We will respond to privacy requests within 30 days. 10. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from Canada or another jurisdiction, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your jurisdiction. We take appropriate measures to ensure your information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly use personal information from minors. If we learn we have received information from a child, we will promptly delete it.

12. Do Not Track Signals

We honor "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When we detect a DNT or GPC signal, we disable non-essential analytics tracking for your session.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
